I created Praatpaal around a simple belief: meaningful change starts with a conversation in which you can be fully honest — and curious enough to look at your situation from another angle.
My style is warm, direct and practical. I listen carefully, challenge respectfully and help you notice the assumptions or patterns that may be narrowing your options. The goal is not endless reflection, but more awareness, more choice and intentional action.

The name Praatpaal is intentionally simple and Dutch. It represents the idea of having somewhere — and someone — to turn to when you need to talk. A place where speaking honestly can become the beginning of seeing differently.
